Been meaning to come here for a couple years and never made it. Definately have a new favorite Mexican place in Ft Myers.
If this was in our office park, I would never bring a lunch to work.
Some of the best street tacos I have ever had. -

Awesome, wonderful experience. Margaritas were delicious. Great menu. Food was amazing. Perfect size quantities, phenomenal flavor. Great chips and salsa. I was stuffed.
The best part of our experience was the service. Friendly, smiling, accommodating staff. Polite and thankful and appreciative of our business.
Great looking desserts, too bad I didn't save room. -

We had just arrived at the airport in Ft. Myers, and our group was starving. Based on strong reviews on Yelp and a collective love of mexican food, we chose Casa Lupita Cafe. It's tucked away in an unassuming commercial district off of 75, but it was fairly easy to find. We walked in to see many locals having their lunch break here, so that was a good sign! Our hostess/server was very friendly and accommodating, and they have a great happy hour every day! The complimentary chips and salsa were authentic and perfect. I had the taco trio, which for $6 was a STEAL and super delicious. Two others in our party had the wet burrito, which was so huge that they could have shared it. They offer several domestic and craft bottled beers, as well as the option for margaritas and other cocktails. The prices here were GREAT for the value and quantity of the food, and we all had a tasty meal. Not only that, it looks like there might be a bakery/cake shop based out of this restaurant too, as there was a display case of fantastic-looking cakes that I wish I had left room to sample!
Check out the happy hour specials and lunch deals here! -

Went on a Friday night and there was music! A little tough to find but don't give up...it's worth it. Manny was our waiter and did an excellent job. Nice variety of Mexican food on the menu. "Algo para todos." Portions are large, food is tasty, good prices and very good service.

We visited here because of its Yelp review. However I wanted to leave an honest review so others will be informed before they make the same mistake I did. It is not a gem by any means. They have a terrible location with no atmosphere and over priced on everything, and bland tasting food. This is not your normal Mexican restaurant you are used to get chips and salsa. They make you pay for everything. Even after ordering four entries they still charged us $2 for extra chips and $3 for chips and salsa. They didn't supply enough chips with the queso so we had to ask for more, and the cheese was like Walmart cheese.
The margaritas were served is cheap dollar store plastic cups and tased like they had no tequila in them. Had two of them and still nothing... Will never be back and wished I'd saved my $80 meal for a different restaurant.
